Yes, we operate on a made-to-order basis (custom production). The production cycle for silicone products is 30–45 days before shipping (excluding transit time). Under normal circumstances, there are no customs delays as the packages do not contain any prohibited items.

Once your doll’s production is complete (approximately 30–45 days), we will immediately provide you with unretouched, authentic photos and videos via email for your inspection.

Upon receiving your order, we will immediately schedule production. Once production is finished, we will provide multi-angle photos and videos for your review. After you have confirmed everything is correct, we will immediately arrange shipment to your designated address.

Yes. We strongly recommend using your phone to record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video. In the unfortunate event of damage or loss, you can provide this video as evidence and contact us for the corresponding compensation or insurance claim. Since every product is custom-made to order, skin tone discrepancies between the head and the body will not occur. We will provide actual photos of the finished product for your confirmation before shipping. Upon arrival, we strongly recommend recording a video during your inspection.

Included accessories typically include: a wig, a cleaning kit, a repair kit, gloves, a heating rod, lingerie, and a wig comb (please refer to the standard factory packing list for final contents).

AITIA products do not offer heads for individual sale.

  • Inconsistent softness in the breasts: This is a normal phenomenon. Because they are manually implanted and positioned using steel balls, slight differences actually result in a tactile sensation that more closely mimics a real human body.
  • Cracks around the screws on the soles of the feet: These may occur due to friction during use or if the doll is stored upright during transport. Should this happen, we will provide repair fluid and instructions on how to apply it.
  • Finger wire protrusions/ minor punctures: These are considered transit-related damages and can be treated with a repair agent. For finger protrusions, we will provide a tutorial video to assist you in the restoration process.
  • Stains at the neck seam: These can be easily removed by wiping the area with white oil (mineral oil).
  • Detached eyelashes: Considering the logistical difficulty of overseas returns, we recommend purchasing standard false eyelashes locally for a simple self-adhesive repair.
  • Makeup discrepancies or dissatisfaction: All makeup is confirmed with the customer prior to shipping. If a request is made to redo the makeup after delivery, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.
  • Stiff internal frame or difficulty in posing: New skeletons may feel stiff initially. Please follow the user manual and articulate the joints several times to break them in and ensure smooth movement.
  • Presence of other fillers: Aside from the internal skeleton and the silicone material itself, the product contains no other fillers.
  • Product Odor: The product itself is odorless; any scent detected is typically from the packaging materials. This will dissipate within one week of being in a well-ventilated area.
  • Material Safety: We use medical-grade, health-safe materials that are free of heavy metals and pose no risk to human health.

Essential Pre-Order Notice

Every AITIA doll is custom-crafted to order, with a standard production lead time of 4–6 weeks. Before finalizing your payment, please meticulously verify all selected specifications—including model, head sculpt, skin tone, and bust size. Once your order enters our production queue, dedicated materials and labor are immediately assigned to your unique build.

Tiered Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a flexible, time-based cancellation window. Refund eligibility is determined by the processing stage of your order:

– Within 4 hours of payment: Eligible for a **100% Full Refund** (before production begins).

– Within 8 hours of payment: Eligible for a **95% Refund** (production in progress).

– Within 24 hours of payment: **80% Refund** (production material prepared).

– After 24 hours: **Cancellations are no longer accepted**, as your doll has entered the personalized manufacturing phase.

Orders in Transit

Cancellations cannot be processed once a package has been dispatched to the logistics carrier. Should a customer request a withdrawal after shipment, all associated costs—including round-trip shipping fees, packaging expenses, and labor overhead—will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Stock Availability & Factory Delays

In the rare event that your specific model cannot be supplied due to unforeseen circumstances, we provide two solutions:

  1. Complimentary Exchange: Select an alternative model of equal value (any price differences will be adjusted accordingly).
  2. Guaranteed Full Refund: Receive a 100% reversal of your payment immediately.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your doll immediately upon arrival. We highly recommend recording a complete unboxing video from the moment you open the outer carton — this is required to file any shipping damage claims.

If you notice any issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number, clear photos, and the unboxing video.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

– Wrong Model or Options: The doll does not match your confirmed order details (e.g., wrong head, skin tone, or body type).

– Damaged During Shipping: Verified physical damage proven by your unboxing video.

– Missing Accessories or Parts: Reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Not Eligible for Return

– Change of mind after production or delivery.

– Slight variations in color or makeup due to handcrafting.

– Minor surface marks or seams that do not affect function.

– Damage caused by improper cleaning, handling, or modification.

– Dolls used or unsealed after delivery (for hygiene and safety reasons).

For hygiene purposes, used adult products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Once your refund is approved (due to an eligible cancellation or verified issue), it will be processed to your original payment method within:

– Credit/Debit Card: 6–10 business days

– PayPal: 5–7 business days

If your refund does not appear within this period, contact us to obtain your refund reference number, which you can share with your bank for confirmation.

– All AITIA dolls are custom-made and enter production soon after payment.

– Refunds or replacements are only issued after full verification.

– Unauthorized returns (sending a package back without notice) will not be accepted or refunded.

– Always keep your packaging and provide an unboxing video for any damage claims.

– Refunds are not possible once the doll has been shipped, except for verified damage or factory error.
